Services at a Glance
In conjunction with community partners, researchers and coalitions, NC SPEED will:
- Provide brief and on-going consultation on project development including research and evaluation methods, and intervention development
- Research and recommend evidence-based or evidence-informed interventions to address key health issues
- Conduct research and evaluation as a partner
- Identify funding sources and consult on developing grant proposals
- Adapt, expand, and disseminate existing interventions
- Co-develop community workshops and trainings on research and dissemination topics
- Network and link community organizations with UNC researchers
We contribute to all phases of projects: planning, implementation, and evaluation.
